The AKG CK92 High Performance Omnidirectional Condenser Microphone Capsule is part of the Blue Line Series of high performance, small diaphragm, interchangeable, condenser microphone capsules which work exclusively with the SE300 B pre-amp module. The five interchangeable capsules in the series include the CK91,CK92,CK93, CK94 and CK98 and are distinguished by their polar patterns. This CK92 capsule has an omnidirectional polar pattern which is good at reducing proximity effect and that makes it ideal for chorus and solo work in sound studios and TV studios. Modulock coupling allows for quick changing of the all the capsules in this Blue Line Series and self-cleaning contacts ensure reliability and longevity.
The CK92 microphone is of rugged construction and with a neutral presentation of sources in its ambient sound field and the omnidirectional polar pattern of its non-directional pickup, it is ready to do to work close-miking instruments or collecting the ambience of a whole room.
